This is one of the most popular rooms because of the quality and selection of cognacs that are available. The Cognac Room has a rare display of high-end, fine and aged Cognacs by the shot. Cognac is made from the finest grapes from the best vineyards, sifted through the proper and best eaux de vie (literally, "water of life"), and then blended artfully. The selection includes Hennessey, Timeless, A. Hardy Perfection, Rémy Martin Louis XIII and many more! The Cognac Room is perfect and cozy with hardwood floors, a vertical chess game and 60" plasma television.
