The perforation of the card allows the top half to be given to a friend, indicating to recipient that "Lunch is on me," the "me" being the card giver. The bottom half is turned in to staff by the "giver" once they arrive at The 40/40 Club . The card entitles the receiver to a FULL COMP of 1 ENTREE ITEM on that visit. Only one card may be redeemed per table or group per visit. Only good during normal lunch hours of operation, Monday through Friday, 11am until 3pm.
