The Cognac Room has a rare display of high-end, fine and aged Cognacs by the shot.  Cognac is made from the finest grapes from the best vineyards, sifted through the proper and best eaux de vie (literally, "water of life"), and then blended artfully.  The selection includes Hennessey, Timeless, A. Hardy Perfection, Rémy Martin Louis XIII and many more!
